The NOTRe law fundamentally redefines the institutional organization of public transportation and confirms the transfer of responsibility for interurban, regular, and on-demand road transport services from the departments to the regions, effective January 1, 2017. In this context, Convergences Public Privé is leading the consortium that supports the Department of Haute-Loire (43) in defining and implementing its strategy for school transportation.
