Feasibility study of an economic development area

The two firms, Convergences Public Privé and Conseil & Stratégie Durables, conducted a feasibility study for an economic development area on behalf of the Communauté de Communes ISLE DOUBLE LANDAIS (24). This space, a true hub for new businesses, combining open space, furnished offices, and a coworking area, will be set up in the former fire station of Montpon-Ménestérol.
